VM Social Tariff Do You renew every month?

I have just transferred over to VM social tariff, but I have not received my first bill, I get these emails asking me to renew my tariff but it does not allow me to access the webpage when I click on it.
So does anyone who is on the Social Tariff know if I have to renew this package every month? Or can someone tell me how to access this webpage.
