autotext in Word - why won't it work?

It only seems to work when it feels like it. For some entries, it's fine and for others, it won't do it.

Any ideas, please?

    Can't help, sorry :o but mine does this as well, it also has recently started changing the font of things I've cut and pasted randomly - I think my computer's been at the Xmas sherry personally :)

    You probably need to cut and paste special for this. Unformatted text is the option you need. It should then match the rest of your document.

    Mind you the story about the sherry sounds better. :)
