As we were exiting the woods we walked past about 7 of the ugliest, most reprobate looking kids you could conjure up. Little dossers with freebie "monster" jumpers and hand-me-down leather jackets. And judging by the way they were carrying themselves a complete bunch of plonkers.

After they were about 40 yards behind us they began chanting "fall and break your neck" and hurling abuse, I heard one of them also say something about my girlfriend which thank-fully I didn't hear. This riled me up, which I know is pretty lame as they were kids, but the whole "break your neck bit" and shouting about my girlfriend made my blood boil a little.

I stopped my bike and turned round while I thought whether it was appropriate to shout back, to which I accepted was nothing, as they were kids. My girlfriend was actually mocking me for getting annoyed at them but i still thought they needed bringing down a peg. My plan was to turn round and catch them up then dismantle them bit by bit, calling the fat ones fat and the ginger ones ginger, stuff they may hear at school which would hurt them deeply and hopefully leave a scar to stop this attitude with others in future, maybe even throw - who appeared to be the leader-s leather jacket into a tree.

Anyway after being heckled from my girlfriend and staring at them from a distance as they stuck there fingers up at me, I bit my tongue and carried on.
