A major part of my childhood - and I still enjoy his shows as an adult. RIP and thank you for all the fun.

I knew he had dementia diagnosed a while back, but it's sad that he's left us so soon.

He was a genius with what he did.

Keyser Soze 26-12-2012 15:47

Loved his shows. RIP Gerry. :(

Ray266 26-12-2012 15:47

What a sad loss, I loved Thunderbirds & still do I can remember when Thunderbirds started I missed the first part because it was split for the news at 6pm, But for me like has just been said on BBC News 24 by the head of Fanderson it's the end of the first episode " Trapped In The Sky" that does it for me every time, I can see me watching the last episode of Thunderbirds tonight I have on Blu-ray " Give Or Take A Million" where brains makes it snow on the island oh ok I'm just a big kid:(

MC_Satan 26-12-2012 15:48

Very sad. Along with Quincy the other day. Both were biggish parts of my viewing when younger. Such a shame.
