As for the car, I have seen 3 pink Range Rovers, what makes KP's unique is the shade of pink, well I haven't seen another in that shade yet..

My retinas haven't recovered from having that monstrosity in the rear view mirror. The pictures do not do justice as to just how bright it is, it really does hurt your eyes.

The parking bay has broken lines round it which means anyone can park there. They are usually put in front of people's houses when a disabled person lives there (and pays for it), but its not solely for disabled parking.

You are right if it is a discretionary disabled parking bay and they are not enforceable so she did nothing wrong.

She did, as Harvey wasn't with her, and if the disabled person isn't present in the vehicle when you use the Blue Badge you can get fined £1000.
