I cannot STAND Alexander Armstrong

His smug, sneering, self-satisfied face makes watching 'Pointless' unbearable.

rjb101 03-04-2013 17:55

turn him off maybe, or watch something else perhaps?
You don't like him so why watch

Bungitin 03-04-2013 19:05

Take two of these and have a lie down.

marobby 03-04-2013 19:05

Emma_Waughman 03-04-2013 19:07

Loved Armstrong and Miller (prior to getting rid of my telly). One of the best sketch shows around. Much prefer dry underplayed clowning like theirs to Little Britain and other similar shows. That advert with him in the wedding marquee, making everyone do the Prince Charming routine instead of rave, was funny as well.

I loved the 'street' RAF pilots and Brabbins and Fyffe.

:D :D :D

He is rubbish in sketches. The same look & same exaggeratedly posh shouty voice for each character. At first I hated him in pointless too,but used to him now & find him OK. His voice is more suited to quiz progs rather than sketches IMO.

Lou Kelly 03-04-2013 19:28

I find him quite charming and amusing so NER

Blondie X 03-04-2013 19:32

I really liked Armstrong and Miller as well.

Ben Miller is on my list of people I don't know why I find hot but I do

Well said - same here.

I really like him and I find him attractive too.
I love the relationship he has with Richard during the show.

:)

Well I like him. Like him on Pointless, in ads and especially in Armstrong & Miller, which I think is one of the most underrated sketch shows in recent TV history.

And incidentally:

I think he's great.

He was one of the best guest presenters on HIGNFY.

Me too :D!

I like the pair of them, together and individually.

Mr Teacake 04-04-2013 02:50

Random fact: Emma Watson lived next door to him

ThereCanBeOnly1 04-04-2013 03:31

I like him too. He's stangely cute and kinda reminds me of Matt Smith.

I love the vampire sketch in Armstrong and Miller :D

Vodka_Drinka 04-04-2013 09:13

I like him on Pointless.

Agent Krycek 04-04-2013 09:34

I like him to (and Ben Miller), intelligent, engaging, very good at what he does, what's not to like?

Westy2 04-04-2013 09:55

To be honest, he wouldnt have got the quiz show gigs if it wasnt for Angus Deayton falling out of favour, but other than that, he seems likeable enough.

A safe pair of hands basically.
