As it is, they didn't and I didn't verbally agree to anything or sign anything to say I agreed to any terms.

It all worked fine, but he didn't answer! :D

I also discovered that I don't need unlimited data, as I'm now using on average between 3 & 5 gig out of my 10 gig allowance!
