You didn't mind when it was just the day part, but numbers and costs apply to the evening too. Not everyone has additional evening guests.

I always tip in restaurants unless service was really poor - about 10% or will increase if great service, tip higher when in US. Tip hairdresser, masseuse etc too.

Absolutely agree with this. Might have been okay with this ending a couple of seasons back but why go through the whole Barney & Robin relationship and wedding just to cancel it out in a few seconds.

I love my Tassimo and it gets used every day. We tend to go for straight up coffee rather than the specialty drinks and it tastes miles better than any instant coffee.

I agree that I'd prefer fireworks to be limited to organised displays, but don't think I can reasonably moan about them being set off the weekend either side of bonfire night.
