Possibly but that would still be subject to Trust competition scrutiny, and given they've rejected BBC1 +1 it wouldn't surprise me that they'd reject a 4 Seven idea too.

The Trust rejected the idea of BBC1 repeats, they wanted BBC Three repeats, which BBC bosses have said no to.

So it comes back to the original posters question, what will they put in this space...
