I always use the TBB one rather than speedtest.net which I find quite erratic. I also find the BBC iPlayer Diagnostic test erratic so there seems to be something on my computer...

If DLM is running it may react to the disconnections depending on how long recovery takes...

If DLM is off then switch the power off on the router, wait for at around 30 seconds then switch back on again but make sure you do this a couple of hours either side of 12 noon for the best...
