HDR-FOX T2 is supposed to be the best bet, though it's hard to get hold of these days.

Time 106.6 off air again

Carrier only since last night (Sunday March 16th).

Must be a great company to work for, though the presenters are chirpy enough when they come back.

Mysterious message on 9200T

I've just had a mysterious message on my 9200T. It says, "Notice/ Expected Date: 09:00:00, 17/03/2014 for 01:00:00" with an OK button.

Anyone any idea what it means? It looks like the (equally...

They can continue as they are for as long as they like. Who needs a studio these days? I've just recorded 4 hours of it on cassette so I can just keep playing that if the DJs come back. ;-)

FWIW I've always found bookmarks really useful on my 9200T: to mark the current place so I can go back and re-view an earlier part, or to mark multiple places to look back at later.

I get this with my 9200T sometimes: just the first few seconds of some recorded programmes have garbled or absent sound. (I don't know whether this is your problem.)

How can they 'forget' about such a fundamental feature? Are you sure there isn't a hard-to-find option to allow it, at the expense of standby economy?

The 9300 can only record in SD. The upscaling just means that it can convert the SD to HD (by interpolating between the pixels) and sending it through an HDMI lead to the HD TV.

The result is OK,...

'Man of the House' on Movie Mix (Radio Times)

Radio Times says it's the 1994 film (though the online version has a picture from the 2005 film).

Actually it's the 2005 film with Tommy Lee Jones. Tossers.
