'Upscaling' simply means it's made to fit the screens resolution, it doesn't make it 4K, or anything like it - it 'may' make a little improvement, depending on the quality of the scaler in the TV....

The 2TB box is just the 500GB/1TB box with a larger HDD - essentially all the recent PVR's are the same except for HDD size.

But they are probably the best Sky boxes yet, reliable and fast.
