You already can - I have mine on my Sky HD+ box....

You already can - I have mine on my Sky HD+ box. You however only get it free on one platform if you want it on the Sky box in addition to another BT box then you have to pay extra.

I think he means the feeds for cable headends to download and distribute via cable. I am not sure whether they (VM etc) still do this or whether they use fibre distribution to the headends now.
