Service following on dab ??

I have just got the Pioneer DEH-X8500DAB , and I have had it installed in my car, just one thing I cant get to work on the unit is the service following, ie when im on say radio 2 fm, it wont switch...

Surley most people will know it as 4g , I mean all the different 3gs over here well the i phone just says 3g not H or H+ why not 4g , samsung...
