Why would they? It's the least attractive Slam. It is broadcast at unattractive hours. At a time when their resources are stretched to the limit, it would make sense to drop their token coverage.

And most people in the South have no interest in what happens in Northern Ireland. There isn't an audience there for a North+South News Show, most people are happy with the existing alternatives.
