EE's TV service is financed and provided by Netgem so I doubt BT can just incorporate the best of EE TV...

Agreed, it's good news to have a second TV factory in the UK. I expect when most TVs are opened up, a lot of the components will hail from China, even for brands like Sony and Samsung.

Yes. Netgem won't be pleased if that happens as they're funding it and have just lost their largest contract, in Australia. Unless Netgem can do a deal with Vodafone, a BT takeover of EE effectively...
