Apart from the dire middle segment it was as good as ever.

Assuming 5% of the 5,100 BARB boxes are in British Asian households, that's only around 250 homes...

Its linear premiere was at 7.30pm, but both versions were put on 'See it First' in the morning.

It was in a 165m slot, so there's 28m left for breaks.

That's correct. One break during the first 30 minutes and another in the second 30 minutes. The third break would be in the 9-9.30pm slot.

A non film would be having its third break around 45m...

Also, films run 4% faster than running time due to different frame rate and TV versions often have shortened end...
