Interesting comment, as for me it highlights the difference between US and Brit drama. Homeland, for all its faults (and let's not get into that) had recognisable human characteristics and emotional...

I just posted about this in the SOR thread. Yes we know they're arch enemies but Eileen's reaction was ridiculous - she's not even a Street 'bitch', never mind a total psycho. Have they got the...

Yes! And apart from the coincidental timing - which is the standard way plots move on in Corrie now - would Eileen really laugh out loud at someone who's just been knocked over? Are we meant to...

Yes, the formula's getting a bit threadbare now.

Like any reality programme this will be produced down to the last detail. The producers will coax every last bit of info out of the groom to make it...

Quite! And before Psycho Rob he was Dodgy Charmer Rob. Now we have Deep Rob, buying back the family heirloom, becoming Deerj's rock and glooming around like Hamlet.

The only thing the writers can do...

Yes, this bugs me too - why do they always do it? ie make the 'innocent' person so unlikeable or plain stupid that you end up not rooting for them, and then it's just a case of waiting for the story...
