Another steady 1lb loss this week, now down to 11st 13lb - have lost 8lbs since 8th January.

Hopefully the steady loss will mean it's easier to keep it off.

I don't remember being given any painkillers for home when I had mine out (although it was in 1990, so I could well be wrong!) However, I would make sure she's got paracetamol or paracetamol/codeine...
