I'd much prefer to get the old Orange overseas team back as they were polite, did as you asked of them and sounded happy compared to most of the advisers on EE.

EE can't refuse to issue a MAC for outstanding payments, it's against Ofcom regulations.

You'll need to make an offical complaint with EE stating your requesting you MAC and as per Ofcom regulations...

Whenever I've been transferred to the overseas team on Orange I've found them to be extremely helpful and polite, and straight to the point. Compared to some of the UK team it's a miles better...
