I recently signed off, I rang Jobseekers Direct and they gave me my Jobcentre's signing off number. You do it all over the phone.
This and the last time i signed off they paid me up to my last day...

Tyne Tunnel between 7am - 8am

Just wondered what the traffic is like at this time - from the South approach how long does it take to get through to the other side? Particulary around 7:15-7:30 would be handy.
