I don't like him at all. Can't stand him in fact. He most often looks as if he had just bit on a particularly bitter lemon. And he has a tendency to make harsh judgements on female candidates.

I agree the final stages showed him up rather badly. He's just not very bright and that came through very clearly. Not sure how he managed to make it through to the interviews.
