Itís rather an extensive report but in a nutshell it will be better to buy than to rent.

In that respect our government is on the right track by helping folk to buy......just a thought.....

A pay day loan at 0.8% per day is still extortionate, I prefer an interest free loan from one of my banks.

For the record that is a £5,000 interest free loan for 9 months.

That has already been tried but some of the social housing estates ended up as ghettoes and had to be demolished, itís much better when folk own their own homes.

Thatís what the Tories are trying...
