Sky closing their 3D linear channel was obvious when the hours got reduced to evening only, then the loss of live sport like another poster has said above.
I don't get why they just didn't close it...

I think that a lot of TVs are 3D capable now anyway and a fair few BluRay players. It doesn't mean to say people always use the 3D though, I have a 3D BluRay but not a 3D TV so the 3D bit never gets...

I think it would have been better if each of the PSBs had been given 1 MUX per channel and and commercial channels would have had to buy space on a PSB's mux.

This would have meant that 5 MUXs...

There is still 25 other 36Mhz tps that are configured DVB-S 27500 2/3 though how many of those are run by sky not including the default tp? I wonder if other broadcasters will follow sky in this idea?
