Most of these nurses will be employed by an agency and that will be what the agency charges - the nurses will actually receive rather less than this.

Not having gas, I find that I spend around 1200 a year on oil, which is not covered by these switching services. Oils prices vary a little, but are entirely at the whim of the suppliers

I wouldn't consider myself rich, but neither do I consider an annual saving of 10 or maybe 20 much of a saving. I've no idea where people get savings of hundreds of pounds, for the search engines...
