Fully updated and factory reset the Galaxy S4 I was using for vodafone on sunday and popped the BT SIM in. That also says EE instead of BT, so i'm assuming that's normal since everything works anyway.

I had that the other day. The only difference i could tell at the time was i was accessing it over 4G rather than 3G or 2G. I just let it set up again and all was well.

Been on BT Mobile a couple of weeks now after finally getting fed up with vodafone's lack of 3G. So far so good. I'm on the top package (unlimited calls and texts, 20GB data), so a big step up for me...
