On a pre-owned title that needs an online pass it should have a sticker saying "ask staff about extra content" or words to that effect, so either you shop is incapable of stickering or you can't...

Or go into GAME and see if they have the bundle where you get a 320GB hard drive free - you get more space then and it's cheaper than a 250GB;)
