I am beginning to think you are right.
According to the Irish Times, Fagan's in Drumcondra will be showing the 3D broadcast in Dublin. SO that rules out QBar.
I have also had emails saying that Bar Kick isn't showing it.
I am beginning to think Sky started the list as a diversionary tactic.
I note the original site I got the list from has now been taken down....
