I think it's the first time I've ever wanted to close my eyes in the cinema. I can watch gore.. but this made me feel sick. You grow to really like Franco and then seeing him in this self-inflicted agony is awful, yet gripping. When he rips out the nerves, the screams in the cinema were like nothing I'd heard before. Maybe a little warning for those who are squeamish. I'm very surprised this got a 15 rating.
