Can The DS Forums People See Your PM's

always wondered this to be honest.Do they mentor the PM'ed messages like they do the forums. Or are they not allowed to see them.

As far as I'm aware they are private.
Why would they want to read pm's.
Nooooooo, If i wanted to do that, I'd do it on the forums.
I was just curious.
As such I would sat the ds admins can view your pm's but at a guess they wot do so unless the need to view em is there.
Next thing, the person responsible was made inactive, so DS must have had access to my PMs.
I remember a similar thread to this where I believe Forum Support said yes, they can read PMs if necsessary, but they don't go reading them randomly.
However, even if they have the inclination I doubt they have the resources to routinely do so without good reason, e.g. reports of abuse etc.
I very much doubt they do unless they have a reason, though. That would be a REALLY, REALLY tedious job, unless there was a really good point to it.
Correct, it is after all, just a database.
Whether it is Policy to do so unless the authorities request it is another matter.
It's a misnomer - they can read our PM's.
It all goes in your file.
