Because that is my opinion. I'm not going to get into a protracted argument with you, but just to say where was any intense, passionate female encounter, typical of any Bond film, including Casino Royale? Was there that much of an assortment of stunning world locations used in the film? I didn't count many. It seemed to focus too much just on the relentless persuit of the villian, for me.
I counted 2 "intense passionate female encounters", one with the girl after the credits (stark bollock naked!) and one with Severin on her boat. The scenes with Eve were full of sexual tension too.
I thought Scotland was a pretty stunning world location, as well as Istanbul. The Shanghai and Macau scenes may have been interiors, but the cinematography was stunning.
