Slaughtered vomit dolls is supposed to be pretty grim.
August underground films are pretty horrid but badly filmed.
Murder set pieces is not very pleasant either.
I avoided Serbian film and Centipede 2.
Men behind the sun is horrible I believe. Features real animal deaths apparently.
