The trailer isn't going to change anyone's view on this IMO.

Those that believe she really was pregnant, will take it as evidence.

Those that believed she used a surrogate, will say that the ultrasound pic proves nothing (which is correct) and that the 'bump' Beyonce shows could be achieved by eating a big, stodgy meal and pushing her tummy out.
