I don't feel sorry for her, although I agree she is desperate to be loved and might be insecure.
But she's 34. She's worldly wise. She's very wealthy. Everything she does is her choice, she is neither forced nor required through financial circumstance to follow any particular route in life.
I feel sorry for her children.
