The trouble with FIAB is it puts too much emphasis on the personalities of the owners. In reality if you stayed at Paul's how much of him would you actually see? If I were choosing a B&B in Stratford location, price, facilities and breakfast quality would be on my list. Whether the owner likes me or not wouldn't bother me in the slightest. In fact an oddball owner can be a good source of after dinner stories
