I did find the characters quite annoying, especially the choir mistress.
Why is it so hilarious for pensioners to sing sexy songs? I find it a bit patronising.
Lead actors excellent, others poor.
Story predictable. Why should we all be delighted that Arthur joined the choir? Why is it so hard to understand that some people aren't joiners, and are happier on their own than with a bunch of dimwits?
Not my thing, really. I shouldn't have gone to see it, but like Arthur I was sort of emotionally blackmailed into it by some well meaning friends.
