Or it could be connected with the fact it was said before this person was so upset that he was suicidal, maybe nooone wants blood on their hands for a case that has not even gone to court yet.
Could be, I guess, but it's a bizarre approach, that someone's circumstances can dictate whether they be named or not. How do they measure upset or distress? Just because it's not visible on the outside doesn't mean it's not taking a terrible toll on those who have been named.

Personally, I would have preferred that none of them were named and we hear nothing about them or the charges involved until after the court has judged them, guilty or otherwise.
