I agree, it sounds silly but there's little things like he had his hand on the woman he was talking to's knee
when she was speaking to the rehabilitation programme leader, and he puts people at ease a lot.

Doesn't sound silly to me at all, for me it was all the little things & gestures, he just really seemed to 'get it'- made me well up several times, but I'm a bit soppy. When he was in the back of the car with the lady going to rehab and his mum driving-just seemed so honest & very touching, anyway must stop gushing or it'll start me off again.
