Randy Phillips, CEO of AEG Live continued to be questioned by the family lawyer Brian Panish. At one stage the Judge stepped in and separated them with a warning to Phillips.
Phillips denied threatening to pull the plug on "This Is It," he also denied such statements as; Jackson would be on Skid Row, and that AEG was paying for the toilet paper in MJ's home.
In an email to Michael Jackson's business manager Michael Kane Phillips expressed concerns about Dr. Arnie Klein, "He scares us to death because he is shooting him up with something."
