Sad news about Gazza but it was always going to happen in the end, hopefully it is just a slip and not a full blown relapse. I just can't see Gazza beating his demons long term, sadly i think he will end up killing himself, Alcoholism is a disease that is with a person until the day they die. The odds of Gazza beating the drink were always low as 80% of Alcoholics who stop drinking are back on it within a year, at either the same level of drinking or worse. Alcoholism isn't just something that effects the so called street tramp, it can be a problem to people from all walks of life and it can creep up on you without you noticing it at first. I hope Gazza gets well but i won't hold my breath. Very sad.
