phone i meant....not earphones...
Everyone raves about the speakers on the htc one. Not heard them tbh
But you would have to put up with the home software crap
You mean the Blinkfeed home screen?
Just set the main Android widget screen as 'home' and you will never see it again (unless you swipe left).
The give an opinion on sound quality for all the well known makes.
See if you can try your own headphones on some in store as well if possible.
There is still a good case if your budget lets you for a dedicated mp3 player, as I find that you need switch the phone to air plane mode to stop any interference if used as a music player.
can u get that in the uk?
you mean buy an ipod and phone?
That is one option, but there are plenty of non apple alternatives.
It would also depend if you bothered about iTunes etc.
No.
Unless you import it.
so basically the best smartphone for music available in the UK the htc one?
Its going to be a personal preference really, best thing is to see if you can actually try your own set of headphones on the different devices.
The source quality and headphone quality are probably more important than the subtle differences between phones and mp3 players
i buy most of my music from the itunes store....
is the itunes store music quality good?
No they are shite.
You say speakers don't matter,But there is probably very little difference between headphone or Bluetooth sound from the various phones.
So what differences are there? Software, music stores and ease of use. The best is probably an iphone if you already buy from iTunes, but in reality when you are ignoring the headphones and speakers they are all very similar.
Yeah have thousands of songs from iTunes.....
Downloaded and bought. Was gonna buy an htc one but it makes sense to get an iPhone doesn't it because all my music is from itunes
I agree
I was more than happy with the default music player on my Galaxy S3 but could not believe the difference in sound when I changed to Poweramp.
There is no problem syncing Android with iTunes and it also does it over wireless with the right app (inc playlists).
I would not bother using iTunes but I've got an iPod Mini that I use for the gym.
