Oxford is now broadcasting ITVHD Meridian and ITV+1 Meridian - instead of Central
I liked having a choice of ITV local news. The weather map on Meridian doesn't reach the north of its region, but that on Central covers the north of Meridian's patch.
On SDN/COM4 with "broadcasting" hours of 4am to 6am. The hours of ITV 2 +1 have been reduced from 24hrs to accommodate this service. ITV 2 +1 now carries an MHEG slate from 4am to 6am.
On Waltham
"BBC Nottingham" has appeared on LCN 720 on PSB1.

For the record, LCN 59 has not been removed and is still carrying its MHEG slate stating that BT Sport 2 is no longer available.
