Safe mode

Hi guys got my computer in safe mode how do I progress to be able to use it properly, as you can guess I'm a bit thick when it comes to things like this thanks for any replies

What is the reason you have it in Safe Mode for?

Hi I couldn't log on so Stig said tap f8 which put it in safe mode , before that I got this message all the time, The profile service service failed the logon, user profile cannot be loaded . Thanks for quick reply

probably your best bet is to use system restore under programs - accessories - system tools - system restore

and restore the system to an earlier time, before the problem started.
