We still don't know who Loki's army is. Is it the Chitauri, the Korbinites, or what?
There are apparently reviews about now that spoil that, but I've purposely avoided them! Early buzz from the premiere is that the movie is the best Marvel has released thus far and sets the bar high for all Marvel movies afterwards. And the Hulk is often referred to as the best thing about the film!
I keep forgetting that it's out next week! Seems like Disney are ramping up the marketing spend with TV spots and new clips seem to be getting released all the time. I'm trying not to watch any of them because I don't want to be spoiled but the temptation is killing me!

Apparently it's amazingly good, there have been early screenings in the US and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. It has already caused the inevitable "it's better than TDK!" arguments among the DC and Marvel online communities and it hasn't even been released yet.

That was ALWAYS gonna happen and I expect at least 5 "TDKR vs Avengers" threads before christmas

Yeah, the fan screenings have been overwhelmingly positive. There are a few reviews up online, worth checking out.
A small and quite unlikely rumour circling about the final scene (not really main plot related).
Nathan Fillion (Castle, Firefly/Serenity) may be appearing as Ant-Man in a lead up to the Ant-Man film. Edgar Wright posted on Twitter (who is directing Ant-Man) said that he just got back from filming but wasn't allowed to say what. Some people from The Avengers were filming a scene a day after the premiere which also connects with Wright's tweet.
That order seems correct, I seem to remember someone saying Iron Man 2 runs parallel with the Incredible Hulk. Also when recently watching Iron Man 2 in the scene where Nick Fury tells Tony Stark he will only be used as a consultant if you look at some of the TV monitors they are showing a news feed covering the Campus Battle from the Incredible Hulk (Or so I believe!)
Absolutely FUMING that Manchester IMAX are not showing Avengers!:mad: Looked on the Odeon site today to see if I could book my tickets and there were no listings for IMAX screenings, just regular.
So they're gonna show Wrath of the Titans on IMAX, proabably to a half filled theatre when had they shown Avengers they would've had a full one! Idiots! Grrrrrrr....
...annnnddd breathe... one thing I still don't get with Incredible Hulk is, what's the fate of Abomination? Hulk nearly strangles him to death and would've had it not been for Betty's intervention. But instead leaves him there subdued. What happens to him? 'cause it's not made clear in the film.

its only playing at Liverpool One Imax apparently,i considered going but it would cost more on the train
a IMAX Digital Screen(so i suspect its not a full size one)
Yeah I've just checked their site, and it says "now with IMAX" so it's been built after the cinema opened. I know it'll be bigger than normal screens, but I also know I'll sit there grumbling to myself, "well it's not as big as Manchester's"

I had heard the reviews were good, but not read them in case of spoilers.
*I won't really... probably just wear my Hulk socks!
Fillion also is good friends and the lead actor of Joss Whedon's Firely series and Serenity film, plus Fillion has also been starring in several Castle/Avengers promotions (for example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rvJBNh_1M2Y&feature=player_embedded) .
This article will explain it some more but as I say its very unlikely - http://scifimafia.com/2012/04/will-nathan-fillion-appear-as-ant-man-in-the-secret-final-scene-for-the-avengers/
Wasn't there a scene in Hulk where Tony Stark makes a cameo appearance ?
yep that's bob on,as in Iron Man 2 you see the devastation of the Campus(from The Incredible Hulk) on a TV in the S.H.I.E.L.D safe house
Twitter post from critic James King.
Also gave the film a positive reveiw (well... tweet)
already watched Thor last night, but im going to do a rewatch of the lot anyway

And is Liverpool One a proper purpose built IMAX screen like Manchester or a retro-fitted or smaller sized version?
