Apprentley Alan shearer , made some comments on 5live tonight about Tevez Goal celebrations, in which he is alledged to have said , players should have just let him celebrate on his own, and asked him where were you when we Really needed you ??
be intrested to know the full content of what he Shearer said
totally agree with Shearer though
The club have said his comments were out of order and demand an apology , Shearer was unavaiable for comment
MOTD could be intresting

If i was the manager he would be rotting and training on his own away from anything to do with the club and sold ASAP without a care for the transfer fee.
If we win our games they are no thread to us.
By constantly crying over his selection we look like we're scared of them.
No we aren't. Some of us have strong views on Tevez and City. Im happy to report them regardless of league position and will continue to do so.
To me it looked like the celebrations were very much tongue-in-cheek.
We shouldn't forget that he wasn't paid whilst on strike. City have done him out of the princely sum of £11m, apparently.
C7,
Dont post much on ds nowdays mainly we, but good to see you back
btw, i have recently read Tommy Dochertys autobiography which was quite intrresting and i know it caused trouyble when it came out
you read and whats your takje on it ?
cheers
There's a fine line between tongue-in-cheek and looking like a complete.....nuisance.
Think Bellamy's golf swing goal celebration vs Barca.
Can open - worms everywhere!
I HATE Tommy Docherty more than any other person in football. The man is a liar and a disgrace to Manchester United and our great history.
Aside from George Best and the obvious stuff associated with him he has been nothing more than a rent-a-quote any time we as a club have had any sort of controversial issue. I remember him on numerous occasions on Sky offering advice to SAF which is a bit like Arkwright in Open All Hours telling Tesco where they are going wrong.
I love reading the books of many footballers and people involved in the game but id rather go blind than touch anything from that man.*
*Sorry! No offence meant, its just something i feel strongly about as you may have noticed!!!
I agree, in theory, but where's the line?
We welcomed back a player who said "double my wages or i'll go to City", yet we declare a player who sayd "i'm not playing for this manager" scum.
For me, it's a thin one.
Id love to see the evidence to back that up.
State your source - and please don't make it a tabloid newspaper:rolleyes:
Fair comment C7 ,
Currently reading about Walt disney, now there was a real nasty piece of work
I think the line is a personal thing.
I support a lower league club, a doubling of wages isn't really the same as it is for a premier league player.
What I will say is the only time I recall something remotely similar happening was when after relegation a player said he was "too good" to play in division 4, then changed his mind. He was left in no doubt by the fans as to whether his bridges were burnt.
That said, if I were in a position where I thought bringing a player back from the cold would help us win the biggest prize then would I feel differently. Can't say for sure, but I don't think so.
I have never heard manager scum mentioned.
Where did you hear this from.?
As for Alan, he's gone up 100% in my estimation.:)
Ah really? Ive actually got that but i haven't read it yet! Any good?
He was but only cos before then his form was rubbish as he didn't want to play for gullit.
