  A full launch line-up is unknown as there's only been a list of titles released in 2013 - so I can answer your last question but not the first, though given that there's only a month from release until the end of the year it nearly answers both!

  I really hope that Planetside 2 is out this year. I love the look of that one. Hopefully it will be the game I desperately wanted Starhawk to be.
  
  The F2P stuff looks really strong. Might give DCUO another go too.

  i might cancel my preorder, and wait until way after xmas
  
  i'll be getting cod and gta on ps3 , so no real hurry to get ps4,
  
  only game on the launch list i'll buy is prob cod and minecraft , maybe watchdogs but im thinking that has rental written all over it ,
  
  not really heard of rest(except all the yearlys ) so i might research those before cancelling pre order
