Yes, you can cook most things you'd fry or cook in the oven in smallish quantities. It's quite big in size. I don't eat meat or fish so I haven't tried that:

We haven't had it for long so aren't completely au fait with it.
Aww thank you - I'm going to bookmark these & read tonight - I am really interested. I'll let you know what I think later. I love innovative kitchen gadgets! But as I said I can't digest too much fat but some foods need the flavour plus I do like to cook for all my family's tastes in a healthy way. Thank you again.:)

I love cabbage flan! Haven't had it for ages so thanks for the reminder.
Tonight is a meal for spring, even thought it's blowing and hooley and we had hail last night. Tagliatelli with baby carrots, leeks, green beans and fresh peas
Roasted potato cut into wedges with peppers - red and yellow, red chilli and lots of onions which hopefully will caramalise and oregano with greek yoghurt, mint and cucumber and fresh green salad.

Do you have a recipe for your lentil lasagne? It sounds really nice
Tonight i'm having pasta with ham and sweetcorn in a creamy (possibly cheese) sauce.
Chips twice in one week! Very rare for me so I feel sort of bad!
