This thread reminds me. I think Michael Bolton was on This Morning yesterday but I wasn't watching. Is he still sporting a syrup or has he finally embraced his hair loss?

Think the weave etc has become popular nowadays
Frank Skinner, Ben Miller, Rob Brydon all seem to have partaken of
the miracle hair growth programme. Agree with above poster that you
don't see many bald old rock/pop stars. It is amazing how those
50 - 70 year olds all have luxuriant hair. Must be all the groupies that
    passed by during their youth

Anyone see Tony Blackburn's wig recently? Worst ever.

He did a comedy stand up for comic relief and his wig was lop-sided and the hair looked like horse's hair. LOL.

Do a You Tube search for his comedy stand up. :D

Horses hair is exactly what it reminds me of too, very unnatural. :D

Yeah, it's bad....nice bloke, but he isn't fooling anybody with the hair.

It does look a very peculiar texture. Makes Sir Tel's look almost natural by comparison.....only a bit, though.:p

I can quite believe that as every so often it looks shorter.

We all know it's a wig Terry, give it up!
I wonder if he goes swimming in it!!! Are these toupees glued on or maybe they have sucker pads!!!

I bet he could make many thousands for CiN if he did the big reveal live on TV :D:D

Yeah that one is bad! It's like he's looked at Elton Johns and thought "that looks good, I'm going to get me one of those".

It looks as if Tony has a shaved head and has a full wig on - that's why it sticks out proud at the back.

He used to wear okay wigs in the past, but this current one, it wouldn't fool anybody in a dark room with the lights out. :D
    What about Robin Gibb?

Yes, it's wonderful how he regained his hair overnight. :D

I don't know if anyone else watched those 1976 TOTP shows on BBC4 on Thursday?

I was at my dad's and only caught a bit of the second show but there was a clip of Blackburn and Noel Edmonds from the 70's filmed at Radio 1 and you could see quite a big bald patch at the back of his head (Tony's not Noel's!) If anyone recorded it I think it was just before Noel mentioned something about switching Tony's show off once he'd heard his name mentioned I think?

Why don't these men just admit they wear them?

Diddy Hamilton's isn't a bad one these days, he used to wear the 'dead cat' type that Jimmy Young is still so fond of!

    Robin Gibb's one is shocking:eek:

Donald Trump’s comb-over makes him something of an imposter to this list of (alleged) wig wearers.
However, imho, his dubious talent for making real hair look like the world’s worst wig has earned him a place.
Apparently we’ll be seeing a lot more pictures of Donald’s hamster-like tresses blowin’ in the wind
if he pursues his plan to run for US president next year (...I kid you not ).

edit: oops, I now see that the above vital topic has already been discussed here - in 2006 :D

I think men with weaves and wigs usually look ridiculous! How can someone be so vain? Just shave it off and get on with life:cool:

Nah, I don't think Franks is. He just brushes it forward as he's slightly receding.

I don't know if anyone has asked this previously, too many pages to go through, but does anyone else think that Jeremy Vine wears a wig. Looks like it could be to me and after all his brother Tim is pretty thin on top and I think he is older.
