Best Freeview PVR On A Budget

Hey everyone, I am after a good budget HD freeview PVR with on demand services and twin tuner if possible.
We are finally getting rid of virgin after most the stuff i watch these days being on freeview anyway there is so many the market im not sure what one to get any advice would be great please

Does Freeview HD and some on-demand services. Though not as many as you'd get with a YouView box.
AFAIK you don't need fibre for the TalkTalk offer - you certainly don't with BT
The TalkTalk site says

Freeview channels are delivered through your TV aerial so you’ll need one that has a good signal to enjoy all of the benefits watching, pausing, rewinding and recording live TV.
2. Through your internet connection
Catch up TV and On demand players, including the TalkTalk player with its inclusive shows and films, are delivered through your broadband connection. You’ll need a speed of 3Mb to enjoy this service. If your speed is above 5Mb you’ll also be able add flexible monthly TV Boosts, such as Sky Movies and ESPN. These will sit within the player and you’ll soon also be able to record and rewind."
