GTA 5 ONLINE: my character has turned into a man

My character was a girl (obviously) then the servers or whatever were playing up and kept getting cut off earlier today, I finally got back on to find that first of all my character had gone completely (but was still on the Rockstar page on the internet) so I re-started the PS3 a couple of times, eventually it worked but....my character was now a guy! I re-started the PS3 again a few times and eventually it came up with "would you like to change your appearance etc this will be the last time you can do it" so I done it, it saved etc all was fine I had my girl back. But now its done it again! And I cannot get my character back as a girl, I look like a Goth boy with make up. Please help I cant find anything on the net about it thank you.
